Your Mission

As a Sales Developer for the North American region, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of clients in the animal nutrition sector across North America. You will play a key role in Nor-Feed’s expansion by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and contributing to the company’s performance in this high-potential market.

Key responsabilites

  • Business Development: Prospecting new clients in the animal nutrition sector (distributors, premixers, feed producers, integrators).

  • Client Management and Retention: Building strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.

  • Product Promotion: Presenting Nor-Feed’s products, highlighting the effectiveness, innovation, and impact of plant extracts on animal performance and sustainable production systems.

  • Negotiation and Contract Conclusion: Leading negotiations, closing deals, and ensuring the profitability of projects.

  • Market and Competitive Intelligence: Monitoring market trends and customer needs in North America to adapt Nor-Feed’s commercial offers and strategies.

  • Participation in Trade Events: Representing Nor-Feed at trade shows, conferences, and other events to increase brand awareness and build business relationships.

The profil

We are looking for

  • Education and Experience: You hold a master degree or a PhD in agribusiness, or animal nutrition, with at least 3 years of experience in a sales or business development role in the animal nutrition sector.
  • Technical Knowledge: Highly skilled in animal nutrition, experience in selling high valued solutions is a plus.

  • Sales Skills: You are an excellent negotiator, able to close deals, establish strong relationships with clients, and promote technical products.

  • Industry Knowledge and Networking: You have an in-depth understanding of the North American animal nutrition market and a well-established network within the industry. You leverage your network to identify new opportunities and strengthen Nor-Feed’s presence in the market.

  • Languages: You are fluent in English (written and spoken).

  • Autonomy and Mobility: You are autonomous, proactive, and willing to travel frequently across North America (USA and Canada).

  • Team Player: You enjoy working within an international team and are results-driven with excellent interpersonal skills.
